BSC OÜ was founded in year 2000 to offer water jet cutting services according to the orders of clients. BSC OÜ is based on Estonian private capital.

Within time we have added lasercut and pending to our services.

Our business idea is to cut details according to the drawings and amounts that clients wish. The number of our clients comes near to thousand, 300 of them are regular clients. Export makes up 15% of production, but a great number of our production ends up in foreign markets through our clients.

We started with just one water-cutting machine, that was manufactured by Swedish company WaterJet Sweden AB. We are also the resellers of these machines in Baltic countries. As the needs of our clients increased we bought another water-cutting machine in year 2004. The table dimensions of that machine are 3x6m and it has 3 milling heads.

Year 2007 was a breakthrough for our company. We opened our new building in Rae vald, Sinikivi Industry , near Jüri. Thanks to better logistics we were enabled to improve our working conditions and to increase work effectivity. We also invested in new machines. We bought laser-cut machine AMADA LC 3015 X1 NT and a pending machine AMADA HFT 170.4. Entire investments in year 2007 costed more than 1.3 million euro.

AMADA Laser-cut machine is the last word in technology and has many new options and conclusions.

In 2011 our company made additional investments in amount of 800 000 € to meet the highest goals of quality improvement and to keep up with the increasing amount of orders. We bought a new laser-cutting bench Bystar L4025-65 with worktop dimensions of 2,5 x 6 meters and a new bending bench Bystronic Xpert 320.

Both top of the range benches enable us to work with large-scale details and thanks to this improvement our clients will now have many competitive advantages, which enable them to start selling their precision details all over the world.
